Debra Black is visionary behind Worship on the Square, which functions under the non-profit organization, Out of the Box United, Inc. Lover of worship and what it means to worship as one’s life purpose, is the foundation and the vision that birthed Worship on the Square. Having graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice, concentrating in Forensic Behavioral Science, she is currently working as an office manager for a physicians office. She is prayerfully considering focusing on her ministry full-time, and waiting on the Lord to direct her path. Her ultimate goal is to take Worship on the Square to cities and parks across the nation and world.
Born in Northwest Georgia, Black grew up in a Christian home, with loving parents and an older brother who now pastors a church in Ohio. She has spent the last six years singing and leading worship over the metro Atlanta area, and is presently becoming known for her speaking engagements on the topic of worship.
Her ultimate desire is not to lead people to worship for the moment through songs, but to encourage believers to believe it is their purpose. Black promotes believers to be bold and proclaim the name of Jesus in the center of the city, with no walls, and speak of His name with the freedom we have in our country. Her prayer is to see Out of the Box United be a hub for believers to allow Jesus Christ the freedom to use their lives in “Out of the Box” ways for His Kingdom purpose.
Scott England- “Musicianary”

In the summer of 1996 the Atlanta based Rock/Pop artist, singer/songwriter and worship leader Scott England stepped out and began his music career. With years of experience crafting his gift, England continues to encourage, uplift, and inspire listeners through his music.
Scott England was born in Chicago, Illinois, and found his home in Atlanta, Georgia at an early age. After his high-school graduation, England attended Kennesaw State University on a vocal scholarship. From there he went on to study recording engineering at Georgia State University. With three bands, six albums, numerous recording productions, frequent performances, multiple accolades, and over a decade of preparation under his belt, Scott England is slowly but surely loving his way into the people’s hearts all across the globe.
England’s passion moves far beyond his love for music alone. As a devoted Christian since 1991, Scott England aims to reach the world bringing the message of Christ through honest, relevant, anointed music. His engagements include performing at venues both statewide and inter-national. England says, “I like to consider myself a ‘musicianary.’ You will find me at youth camps, school campuses, coffee houses, clubs and amphitheaters all over the world, as well as serving youth and music in the local churches.” Scott joined the Out of the Box United team and serves as a board member. His prayer is to see this ministry encourage the Body of Christ to put action behind their words, and become a revolution for the Kingdom of God!

Lindsey Weber is a freelance writer/editor. She is currently pursuing a degree in English from Kennesaw State University. Lindsey has written in a variety of capacities, including op-ed pieces, journalism, poetry, grant writing, fiction and nonfiction, literary criticism, reviews, and corporate/personal blogging.
Lindsey currently writes in the syndicated column “Twentysomething” for OurTown Magazine. She has also led worship as a vocalist in various churches. In addition to her work with OBU, Lindsey works closely with the nonprofits DryTears and Advocates for Christ. She has a heart for the nations, which stems from a love of the Lord. Her desire is to see people come to know the Lord, and “take up their cross” and daily pursue a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Mavian Arocha-

Though the years Mavian Arocha has developed herself as an asset to the magazine publishing industry, allocating strength within the creative arenas of fashion and beauty. Fortifying her career is a product of her true and genuine passion towards the journalism and art industry. Commencing at a very young age, Arocha demonstrated skills beyone the average teenager and caught the attention of many publishers and television producers, Simultaneously attending Florida International University, Arocha pursued a Bachelor’s of Science in Mass Communication and Journalism while holding ranked editor positions for Selecta Magazine, Channels Magazine, and Zink Magazine– serving the nation and affluent lifestyle. Arocha was faced to launch her own media firm in 2000. Reigning Media Group currently provides relations, marketing strategies, and business consultations to the beauty, health and travel industries.
Making her way through the high profile society, Arocha has found that the Lord alone is who keeps her grounded. “He has given me a totally different perspective and purpose through the amazing opportunities He has blessed me with,” Arocha has a passion to live her life to glorify and honor the Lord. She has seen God transition her to use her gifts in an exciting new “fashion.” Arocha wants to use her creative writing and editor skills to further the Kingdom of God. ” I’m thrilled to start something different and new, I want to see ‘His Kingdom come, on earth as it is in Heaven;’ I am so excited to see how God will choose to demonstrate His power, love, grace and ultimate flory, using His vision birthed in Out of the Box United.”

Lori Kennedy is actively involved in concert promotions and volunteer coordination. She has worked with national Christian artists such as Chris Tomlin, Toby Mac, Third Day, Casting Crowns, Newsboys, Hawk Nelson, Relient K, Newsong, Jeremy Camp, Natalie Grant, Family Force 5, Skillet, Brandon Heath, David Crowder and Francesca Battistelli.
Lori is also a vocalist and speaker who believes in sharing the gifts and talents in which Christ has blessed her. She is actively involved as a worship leader and soloist for church events and Christian retreats across the United States. “I want to be an instrument used by God to inspire others to seek His Mercy and Grace in a very powerful way. We are most beautiful and captivating to Christ when we show love and acceptance to others. This is a goal I continually strive to meet”
